In 2005, Marsh France sold its Private Clientele segment, launched six years prior, to its Chief Executive Officer, Rémi Béguin who partnered with two well-known insurance professionals, Hubert Saltiel by way of HN6 Active and Philippe Carle to incorporate Patrim One.
Subsequently, Jérémy Garamond joined the Board of Directors followed by Frédéric Hanriot who integrated Racing One bringing his insurance expertise in the fields of motor racing and luxury vehicles.
Marc Pinoche, Chief Operating Officer, later stepped in to take charge of administration backed by his extensive technical expertise.
Thierry Barle in the capacity of partner joined the venture in 2014 enabling the firm to enhance its knowledge of corporate risk in particular with respect to very high value-added niche activities.
From then on, the PatrimOne Group also accelerated its development through a number of highly targeted external growth operations. It broadened its expertise to address all of its clients’ private and professional needs by acquiring Courtage et Audit d’Assurance CEA and Cabinet Condorcet (2014), CCN Assurances (2019), Cabinet Combelle and Assuralex (2020).
By joining, they strengthened the group’s coverage of artwork, Anglo-Saxon underwriting practices and its international presence. Artssurance, which is directed by Sonia MéniaÏ and Alice Surer in Switzerland, and whose offices are located at the Ports Francs of Geneva, now belongs to the group.
In France, specialist art broker CAR Morel & Cie, run by Roberto Morane and Aurélia Farkoa, also joined the group in mid-2022, followed by the Belgian-Swiss broker Anglo-Belge Spécial Risks. This is run by Cédric Van den Abeele and Anthony Guépin with offices in Antwerp and Geneva.
To pursue its development and in particular its establishment in Europe, the management team is now supported by Weinberg Capital Partners and Tikehau Capital.
