Appeals for recovery will remain in force against the construction company, and if deemed necessary, your insurer will turn toward the liable parties and/or their insurers.
This means that the insurer will pre-finance the necessary repairs, before seeking the responsible parties or any insurance payment by the construction companies. Payment of the deductible may be recovered from the responsible party or written into a pro rata account.
