The PatrimOne Group teams operate several offices located in France and internationally. They comprise over a hundred professionals and partners who are trained in a variety of subjects and come from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. Diversity and equality are highly respected and encouraged.
Grouped into dedicated departments, the teams include account officers, product managers and compensation specialists.
Governance
PatrimOne Group’s governance authority is entrusted essentially to its executive managers and organized into three corporate bodies.
The Strategy Committee is comprised of partner-managers and long-standing partners, the CFO and the executive managers of Indigo Capital. It establishes the corporate strategic plan, directs the Group’s financial operations and provides reports to its shareholders.
The Executive Committee, overseen by the Group’s executive and operational managers, directs all operational activities. It ensures coordination between the commercial and functional teams and validates the corporate business plan. It supervises the relaying of information and planning of operations across the organization and represents the Group in all business dealings.
The Technical Committee directs internal control operations, investment placements and represents the Group in all dealings with partner companies. It consolidates the Group’s internal product expertise and meets all needs required to ensure the operation of lateral activities across business segments.
Share ownership
The PatrimOne Group includes a variety of brokerage firms—some of which operate under a different brand name—that are affiliates of PatrimOne Holding.
PatrimOne Holding is owned by the Group’s partner-managers and long-standing partners, as well as by salaried managers who hold shares in the company through a dedicated ManCo: PatrimOne Partners.
Rémi Béguin is a partner and co-founder of Patrim One insurance of which he is Chairman. The former Chief Executive Officer of the Marsh France firm Clientèle Privée, he participated in and organized the spin-off of the firm in 2005 which then became PatrimOne.
Backed by almost 30 years’ experience in brokerage and six years of law studies (Masters I in business law and tax from Paris II, Masters II in insurance law, Degree from the National Insurance Institute in Paris from Paris I), his professional focus has always been to provide insurance consulting services to families in the framework of a family office approach.
Highly attentive of entrepreneurship, he accompanied several companies in the capacity of investor and member of the board for a number of them. He is a member of the board of the French Family Office Association (AFFO) as well as a member of the entrepreneurial network Croissance Plus.
Thierry Barle joined PatrimOne in 2013 to create the Professional and business insurance line. With a masters from HEC Paris business school, he acquired key industry experience forging his career at several major insurance groups, in particular by developing business units for the groups Gan and Groupama.
Moreover, he held the position of Professional Market Director for Groupama SA. In this context, he oversaw the design, development and marketing of Property and Casualty offerings for the professional clientele of affiliates of Groupama Assurances, Gan, Amaguiz.com and a number of white labels; Banque Postale in particular.
At PatrimOne, he directed corporate strategic policy and developed the CEA, Condorcet, PCA and Chabrol brands and specialized markets.
After attending ICHEC business school, Eric Hemeleers obtained a degree in commercial engineering from UCL. He reinforced his educational experience by training as a financial consultant at AXA-Winterthur in Brussels. He debuted his career in 1993, as assistant production manager for the furniture manufacturer Arias International based in Marche-en-Famenne. After gaining several years’ experience, Eric Hemeleers began working in the pharmaceutical sector with Union Chimique Belge then later worked as a consultant for the financial service provider Price Waterhouse Coopers.
In 1998, he joined Léon Eeckman SA, a family-operated brokerage firm specializing in the insurance of works of art. Since that time, he has pursued the firm’s tradition of championing arts and culture. Under his impulse, the firm, which he now co-directs with his brother Marc, supports a number of art projects and was granted the Caïus award on two separate occasions.
In parallel to his professional activities, he is the member of various cultural, artistic or museum institutions and is part of the board of directors of several charity organizations. He is Chairman of Prométhéa, a non-profit organization that provides cultural and heritage preservation projects with support from the business community. He is the author of Guide en matière d’assurances à l’intention des musées et centre d’art published by the MAC (Musée d’Art Contemporain, Grand Hornu, Belguim).
In 1995, with an art degree in Cinematography from the Institut des Arts de Diffusion (1994, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belguim) and an insurance degree from EPHEC University College (1996, Brussels), Marc Hemeleers joined the family-operated insurance brokerage firm of Léon Eeckman SA, specializing in the insurance of works of art and art collections.
In 2000, the British group Hiscox, a European leader in artwork insurance, tasked him with establishing their Belgian office of representation.
After having successfully completed this mission, he joined Eeckman Art & Insurance as a member of the board and shareholder, working in close collaboration with this brother Eric, overseeing the private clientele and collectors activity.
Hubert Saltiel is a long-standing partner and co-founder of PatrimOne insurance.
Philippe Carle a long-standing partner at PatrimOne insurance.
Chairman of Marsh & McLennan Companies France, he is Chairman of the supervisory board of Marsh SAS., of Mercer SA and of Oliver Wyman.
Philippe Carle is a member of the board of Babilou Group and of CF Partners. A member of the JP Morgan European Advisory Council, he is also managing director of Optimum Développement.

Having worked as an entrepreneur in the Digital sector since the 90s, Jeremy Garamond is a long-standing partner at PatrimOne.
After debuting his career at the media agencies Carat and then OMD, he launched and developed Espotting in France in the early 2000s.
In 2004 he created AssurOne Group, which has since become the French leader in digital insurance (over 45 m euros in commissions), due primarily to the launch of several white label programs for 80% of France’s automobile manufacturers. He later launched uTwin, a loan insurance carrier.
Since the sale of Prévoir Group, he provides support to insurance organizations in the digitalization of their activities and has also launched Nomadism.com, the first nomadic boutique hotel for itinerant
Marc Pinoche is Chief Operating Officer and a partner at PatrimOne. He joined the firm in 2005 when it was spun off of Clientèle Privée of Marsh France.
Born into a family of insurers, his choice to make a career in insurance was a personal one. He obtained a degree from the French School of Insurance (ESA).
After an initial experience in the area of corporate risk in Evry, he quickly joined a major brokerage firm in 1996 as Head of the individual and professional clientele department at Assinco (April Group).
He supervised the private clientele department in particular bringing his technical knowledge of corporate risks to the forefront. Subsequently, this gave him the opportunity to head the private clientele department of Aon France.
With a passion for insurance and industry tools, he is best known for his technical approach to problem solving, product design and development, claims handling regulations and the optimizing management process.
Frédéric Hanriot is a partner-manager at PatrimOne insurance.
After completing studies at EM Lyon Business School and acquiring an initial experience in finance at Ford Credit in London, he became CEO of Euro-Assurance a precursor of online insurance before being sold to Assu2000 Group.
His lifelong passion for automobile racing prompted him to establish Racing One Assurances, a key partner to first-rank racing teams, automobile rallies and also to avid gentlemen drivers, like himself, who seek to satisfy their passion while mitigating the associated financial risks.
His network and knowledge of the world of exceptional automobiles are an added plus to the automobile line at PatrimOne insurance that has been entrusted to his supervision.
Charles Nasrallah, with a BS in insurance and having completed studies at ENASS Paris, speaks and writes five languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian and Arabic. Such skills clearly facilitate his international approach to doing business.
His experience as an insurance consultant has enhanced his spirit of discipline as well as his ability to serve the needs of a demanding clientele.
Having worked in insurance brokerage since 1985, Charles Nasrallah directed the International VIP clientele segment at Mondial Courtage Paris in 1989 before creating CCN Assurances in 1999, a brokerage firm dedicated to similar clientele. He joined the PatrimOne Group in 2019.
A former student of Sciences Po Paris with a masters in private law from the University of Paris X and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, Marc Aymonier first discovered the world of insurance brokerage in 2000 when he was appointed head of the Sports & Events segment at Aon.
In 2010, he established his own brokerage firm developing customer accounts in his areas of interest, successfully diversifying his offerings and catering to the business world.
Based in Marseilles, he entered into a partnership with Condorcet in 2017, an affiliate of PatrimOne, before being purchased by the group at which time he became a partner.
An experienced hiker whose favorite region is the Calanques, Marc Aymonier diligently practices a number of sports with his clients whenever possible. These include golfing, skiing and cycling in the South of France, so dear to his heart, and of which he is always eager to share its beauty, riches and secrets.
A graduate of French National School of Insurance (ENA), Anthony Jouannau began his career working for the April Group, where he was charged with the management and development of the corporate risk client portfolio.
In 2006, he could no longer resist the urge to become an entrepreneur and founded the firm of Condorcet. In 2017, one year after he had led his firm to the ranks of millionaire broker, Condorcet was acquired by the PatrimOne Group.
Since 2015, he has been CEO of the insurtech +Simple which he co-founded with Eric Mignot and Salah Hamida. Today, +Simple is present in France, Italy and Germany and has a team of 100 persons.
He is also chairman of the Insurtech commission of the insurance brokers’ union CSCA and member of the association Croissance Plus.
